A fresh set of eyes for District 6

Christian siler for chattanooga city council District 6

My name is Christian Siler, and it would be a privilege to serve you as Chattanooga City Councilman, District 6.

District 6 is home to some of Chattanooga's best, and my heartbeat is to help it thrive. My goals for this seat are, first and foremost, open communication. It's essential to pick up the phone when someone calls. Big things are about to happen in District 6, and we need to focus on responsible development. With that, we must improve roadways and finish the sidewalks along Brainerd Road.

I grew up in East Brainerd, graduated from Ooltewah High School, and live in Brainerd Hills with my wife of 14 years and our two daughters.

I have a degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee and an established background in real estate and small business ownership. My wife and I started the first food truck in Chattanooga, Southern Burger Co., and built it into a brick-and-mortar restaurant in Cambridge Square. After having kids, I moved into real estate and now work as a Certified General Appraiser and Broker.

There is no better place than Chattanooga in 2025, and I'm ready to work hard to build District 6!

It would be a tremendous honor to have your vote.

ISSUES

  • At its heart, District 6 is a neighborhood.
Not only do sidewalks represent the community we are trying to build, but we can't expect to be a walkable neighborhood with pedestrians on the shoulder of Brainerd Road & Lee Highway. Sidewalks are basic and fundamental.

  • We know we have a great location. That's why we live here. So, we need to ensure we continue to add housing that works for new residents, but in a way that makes sense and keeps the charm that makes us so special.

  • It is essential you have a councilman who will pick up the phone and listen. My campaign number is my phone number: call me and let's talk about what's going on.
